Back in 2022, we were running separate consulting projects when we kept hitting the same wall. Small businesses had decent accounting software, but nothing that actually helped them understand where their money was going day-to-day.

One client was spending three hours every Friday trying to figure out why their cash flow looked different than expected. Another had five different spreadsheets that never matched up. These weren't bad business owners – they just needed better tools.

So we started building what we wished existed. Not another complex enterprise system, but something that actually makes sense for people running real businesses in Taiwan and beyond.
